Claims must come directly from the person requesting assistance or from a family member, either by e-mail or U.S. mail.

Every claim will be reviewed by a five person JB.COM Fund Committee. A majority vote will release a maximum of 50% of the fund account. In cases deemed appropriate, the Committee may vote to setup a special section on the Fund website to help raise more donations. All decisions by the Committee are final.
